Felt confused by information from counter staff about toll unit. I was spending 2 days in Boston where the unit was needed and the rest on toll free roads of NH and Maine yet he charged me for 11days at more than $100!

The electronic toll charges in Boston was not known to me and I have to call budget hotline to understand. It will be better it is stated in the contract or email

The price protector is good but I have yet to see the refunds(I have rebooked at a lower price) coming back to my credit card. So I hope the price difference will credit back without me emailing or calling.

Even though I took the maximum on insurance the counter staff person said I was not fully insured and advised I take extra insurance - which I did. I then hired another car that I also booked via easy car and this was fully insured. Why the difference - I will see with my next car hire if this follows the Boston hire or the Minneapolis car hire. Don’t understand why the difference

Counter staff unhelpful tried to sell me more insurance even though I had full coverage

It took us 2 hours and 20 minutes to get our car picked up. We stood in line for 2 hours. It was horrible.

I was disappointed in the condition of the car. The fuel was only 7/8 full and it was diesel. I was not told it was a diesel car at check in and might have rejected it because of the difficulty finding diesel fuel. The tire inflation light was on when I got the car and I had to take it to be filled and reset the sensors. Finally, there was trash in the trunk. I rent a car because I do not want to maintain it. My experience with EZ rent was excellent, but this car was not ready to be released.

good price, delivery of car took little more time than usual. late night not my counter persons. The counter persons didnt ask me for toll pass machine. Hence I have paid too much money without that device. Usually all rental counter persons asks, but he didnt and too forgot to ask. Hence ended up in paying more.

All help were pleasant. Seemed a long wait for car. One of the customer service folks at counter gave me false information on tolls. Fortunately, another person at your booth corrected her. The first person told me there was no way to leave Logan without a toll road which is of course not the case.

I had trouble finding Advantage, signage not big enough, not clear enough. I would have appreciated being taken to my car and being able to ask about certain features, e.g. adjusting mirrors and how to exit airport.

Counter staff were very helpful and unbiased when giving info on extras.

Hello, This is in regard to the above booking reference that I reserved for last week in Boston. Upon arrival at Logan Airport and standing at the Payless counter, I was told that the "Jeep Grand Cherokee" wasn't avalible & I had to settle for something comparable which I understand 100%. I was then given a Chevy Equinox which is an entry level SUV not a mid size SUV like I had requested, I complained to the agent to no avail. In the auto/rental car industry "Comparable" with the Jeep Grand Cherokee should be something like a Ford Explore, Chevrolet Traverse or a Pathfinder... not a Equinox. I am a big guy (5'11 300 lb) I don't mind driving the Equinox but I wanted something more roomy and thats why I chose the Jeep and paid $469.95. I asked for some sort of a discount at the counter but it seems that I was speaking with a Robot without any customer service skills. In todays Social Media World (Big Fan) every rental car company should pick it up a notch and stay competitive with the Avis's of the world. We didn't get the car from Europcar as booked but advantage which we'd never heard of! Got hard sell on pre paid toll charge and refuelling. Both were overpriced and and inaccurately sold we we found out after the event.

We reserved a Toyota Rav4 but agent at the desk said "I have your Mitubishi Outlander ready" I said , uhhmm we really like the Rav4. she called Avis and got 1 from them. Really cool. Never seen that before.

Always the best price. Dont know why? 3rd time now and they have always been the best price. Plus I can pay at the counter! That is sooooo much better, just in case I have to change my plans.

Friendly and efficient staff. No issues, even despite bringing the car back with some damage to the rear bumper.
