Quick counter service at pickup and dropoff. The car was spotless inside and out. We were dropped off at Terminal 2 in a shuttle bus area. But at pickup we had to walk a long way to a Priority pickup area the public use. The shuttle bus area at Terminal 2 would have been much better for seniors with luggage

Website was easy to use and plenty of updates received by email. Next time I would prefer to use Simba Car Insurance as the claim arrangement is not by reimbursement. I sort of got tricked into buying from QEEQ

The service was attentive, the price was cheap, and the car was very new.

The overall service was fine, but when returning the car, I couldn't find fuel at two gas stations. Refueling took a lot of time, causing me to miss my flight.

Car was in great condition and the process was first class.

Overall satisfied with the car rental company. The staff noticed that our English was not very good and proactively used a translation device to assist us. The car had been driven for over 20,000 kilometers, so it was relatively new. We used it on the highway, and apart from the toll fees, there was a small service charge that was directly deducted from the deposit. We received a clear invoice two to three days after returning the car, and the refund was issued on the fourth day.

They provided a car that was a little bigger than the one I had planned on.

First order: The flight was delayed, and the staff left on time at 8:30 PM, so I had to cancel. Second order: Arrived at the store in the afternoon but was told there was no reservation. The staff were okay, but after communicating with the rental company for a long time, they still had no car available. It was a hassle for the whole family.

The deposit is quite high, 500 AUD. There are additional charges, which are not too much but feel uncomfortable.

Very satisfied. Due to changes in my itinerary, I needed to pick up the car earlier and return it later, and the customer service was very accommodating. Rented the car for 11 days and drove from Sydney to Cairns without any issues. Great experience!

All the advertisements and introductions featured Mitsubishi cars, but the actual pickup was a Chery. They claimed it was the same compact car type—truly surprising.

Due to the flight schedule, I picked up the car at 5 PM when it was already getting dark. This store has longer business hours compared to others, so I was a bit worried it might close early, but it stays open late, which perfectly solved the pickup problem. Since both pickup and drop-off are at the same location, the shuttle service was very quick. A deposit of $500 was taken at pickup and has been refunded today. Additionally, there is an extra charge if you need to add an additional driver, and drivers under 25 also need to pay an extra fee similar to a security deposit. Overall, I've found that the stores on QEEQ are quite convenient, and you can choose according to your needs. They're all pretty good!
