There should be an express lane for those that have pre purchased / booked prior to collection of the
vehicle. The instruction emailed regarding the collection of key wasn't how it was and therefore we found ourselves waiting for a while in the queue. The car wasn't easy to find in the car park. There should be a detailed description given by the staff eg make, colour etc. Car (Camry) seemed old and consumed a lot of petrol. Wasn't what I ordered but understand that sometimes you don't get what was requested.

Excellent with reminders and also got some money back as indicated. Very happy with EasyRentCars. Will recommend to others and will book with it again. Overall, very good experience.
Didn't get a damage report or rental agreement as only 1 person looking after 10, 45 min wait.
Car had no guts going up hills for tassie cond. Had lights on high beam didn't know, then when took of I light didn't work.

Happy to pay for repair but 3rd party charges over the top
This scratch cost me $550
Ive asked for a refund of 3rd party charges but now not getting a reply from the manager.
Bit confusing as to who is who in this process; Trip v Bargain v EasyRent? Desk at Hobart not signed so followed map link sent to us in email and ended up in car park at rental kiosk no longer used by anybody. Apart from the confusion on pickup, the experience overall was really good; staff at airport were great and car was clean, economical and very well priced.
I booked a toyota corolla class but got a hyundai accent instead. It was just a basic car with no front and rear sensors and no other fancy features.
Brakes were a bit worn out, and it showed when going downhill where hard braking will cause the brake paddle to shake.
Otherwise, car was clean and a joy to drive, with minor cosmetic damages

Had to wait in queue for drop-off for over 30 minutes as there were a lot of people picking up cars. Would have been good if there was someone just doing the drop-off or a box to deposit the key.
