Long wait time picking up the car. Would have been useful to have an existing check in line as had to wait a long time for people who did not check in online. Defeated the purpose of quick online check in.

QEEQ was great, helpful during booking process and smooth booking with rental company.

The drop off location is extremely confusing, no signage & quite a walk from the airport. The staff were leaving the carpark as I arraived, so I had to hand them the keys & find my way back to the airport. a little confusing as you have to go down a side street that has no mention that that is the way to the terminal

The company extended the rental period by two days as requested but actually charged for three days, and deducted the amount directly from the guarantee credit card without consent. When I discovered this and contacted them, they refused to refund and only offered credit for future rentals.

The car we ordered was not the vehicle we ordered. We had our tall son with us who needed head and leg room in the back of the vehicle. We also ordered a vehicle that was not too low to get in and out of. We were disappointed with the car supplied.

Price Drop protector was disappointing @$5.00 just a day prior to pick up .

Car got substituted to a Kia Rio (hatchback rather than saloon). We had two large luggage. Managed to fit one plus our backpacks in the boot and the other in the back seat. Customer service was excellent and drop-off was super easy.

Great customer service. Quick to respond. However, they might want to consider stating that their excess coverage is through their own provider rather than the rental company. We were slightly confused when the rental company asked if we wanted additional coverage.

Counter staff were excellent. Pick-up took a long time due to long queue at the counter - not much business being done at the other car rental desks!

Booking platform was thorough and so well planned. the follow-up of a cheaper price was automatic and most welcomed.

I had never heard of bargain before. I was price motivated and they were cheapest. Pick up was very easy, though the counter was quite busy and the car wasn't quite ready. They asked if I wanted insurance, I said I had travel insurance that included rental car excess coverage, they were fine with that. The car was clean and in very good condition,. They had marked all previous dents or scratches on a report for me. I bought the car back undamaged, and did a key drop return, my deposit was refunded in about 1 or 2 business days. I got a great price, andgreat service. I could have paid much more at another company, but why do that?

My bank charged me an overseas transaction fees, even when I'm in Australia, booking an Australian car, because the app is based in another country

The staffs from Bargain Car Rentals are always friendly and helpful. Im always satisfied with the cars that I used to get from this company.

Extend my rental with Bargain but had to change to another car due to unavailability. Prefer the previous one though. Staffs are always helpful as my son left his pouch in the previous car and the staff helped us to check.

Car wasn’t ready on arrival and had to wait over half an hour - staff explained there were issues

Took ages to get to call centre but staff gladly extended my return by 2 hours

The car was a bit small and we had to push down the seat to fit our two big luggage but other than that a smooth experience
