Great staff let down by the car.

After a long haul flight arriving at night, I was kept waiting in an empty waiting room for almost 1 hour. When I eventually got served and was handed the EasiRent paperwork, the man informed me that EasiRent had to hold a "blocking fee" of GBP1,500 on my credit car in case of an accident. I told him I had paid additional fee for nil excess and I even showed him the paperwork but he still insisted on this fee. I was basically told that if I did not agree to the fee, then I would not be allowed a vehicle. I had no option but to agree, as I needed the car to drive a further 2 hours. When I looked over the car the next day in the light, it was extremely dirty not having been vacuumed inside, dirty windows and poor quality windscreen wipers. Overall, not a good experience with EasiRent and I am sorry to say, that I would not recommend them or use them again.

This is the second time that I have used EasyRentCars and I am happy with the service. For clarity and to avoid confusion, EasyRentCars is separate to the hire firm EasiRent. I would recommend EasyRentCars and I would use them again.

Easy booking, waited a while to be picked up at airport however Brian was very good. Very polite and good fun. Car not ready on collection and had scratches all over it plus a duct taped wing mirror. Very pushy sales pitch to sell insurance excess. Very one tracked into selling products. Otherwise not very engaging at all. Overall car was good, worked out more expensive than estimated. Lots of add ons and small print. Staff just need to relax and explain things without rushing into selling XS protection.

I got a confirmation that I had my hire car. Then called them after my flight and they said they had no cars. I had to call my brokers. It was a nightmare.

VERY slow pick up process, staff tried to limit mileage to 100 miles per day despite car being booked with unlimited mileage. Still waiting for fuel deposit refund.

I booked an automatic car. The maanger said that that automatic car had not been in use for a while so better to take manual car. He offered a manual car with sat nav and reversing camera in the same price.Unfortunately that car did not have either of those things - and he fooled me. On my return he was not there and his junior left a note for him to refund of the difference between manual and automatic car - and still waiting for his response.
