I was upgraded to a larger vehicle at no extra cost after I had been in the parking garage No quibble with the attendant on duty he just got on with it as the original vehicle was not available

Counter staffs was helpful and give good advises etc

The car broke down and the customer service was terrible and in fact the recommendations made by the customer service team were dangerous - they told us to drive it when the vehicle was not in a drivable condition and could have caused a huge incident if driven.

Great vehicle but had some stains inside looked to be from a split drink I had to clean both front seats and passenger door trim

Wish the counter staff were easier to understand - their accents were a little difficult but not terrible.
