Mostly great, but the pick-up could have gone smoother

The Green Motion staff at Edinburgh Waverley were friendly & competent. We got our car quickly and efficiently. (Pick-up location could be described better. Took a few minutes to find.)

I'm a first-time user of Qeeq, and was pleasantly surprised that everything worked out with no issues.

So I had an issue with my credit card PIN number but the staff did all they could to help.

Qeeq was good for this rental.

I have to admit that the car was in absolutely perfect condition. The service was very kind and very specific about every detail in the booking. There was easy transfer from the terminal. What you MUST know however is that they are very detailed about the car condition. You can see videos and notes everywhere explaining how the process looks like and what are the possible charges. So probably if you happen to do even a small scratch the charges can go high. They offer their complimentary full coverage package but you must know it costs over GBP 40 per day, so if you book a small car it's going to double or triple the cost for you. So, they are VERY transparent in what they do and how they inspect the car, however if you choose not to take the insurance you might be liable to pay up to GBP 2500 for any damage. Overall, however, they are honest and transparent with the terms and conditions. I returned the car with no damage and the deposit was released within a few days.

I already buy of full insurance. in easy rent car com.i given all the license for service Conter after inputs some information in computer and tell i not enough for two year experience driving the green motion the poor service man must want me to extra full insurance can use the car .4 day 230£ ，is not reasonable no buy no use of car and cancelled of my booking i use 2-hour the Handling of this application very angry Of that. Coming the future I must not use of poor service Green motion company

Clearer info re need for passport and credit card needed.
