Dealing with Hertz, Boston Airport was awful. The lady at pickup reception had to be the rudest I’ve ever met. After collecting the car there was a delay of over 20mins getting it cleared to leave at the exit. Hertz have now made a $120 charge on my CC for no explained reason. I only know this from looking at my bank statement.

It would help if they put the Hertz booking reference on their documentation to me, as Hertz were derisory when I produced QeeQ’s booking reference at collection point.

ロサンゼルスでレンタカーを借りた際、二重請求が発生しました。カウンターで確認したところ、QEEQがアップロードしたデータによると100ドル以上の料金が必要だと言われましたが、QEEQのカスタマーサポートに問い合わせたらそんなことはないと言われました。空港で約2時間にわたってメールで証拠を送り合いながら交渉しましたが、QEEQが積極的に対応してくれたおかげで問題が解決しました。その後、連絡待ちとなり、やっと車を借りて出発することができました。次の返却場所がロサンゼルスではなかったので、解決しなかったら本当に面倒なことになっていました。これはヘルツのレンタカーで初めての経験です。
