They provided detailed instructions for returning the vehicle including where to get gas beforehand. They also helped me decide which vehicle to choose based on my needs and it was fantastic! Super smooth ride, really clean (almost brand new), newer model. Returning it was also easy and very efficient - not to mention I was met with yet another friendly staff. Very professional team you've got at Myrtle Beach Budget. Additionally, I was worried about my reservation not being honored after reading reviews for EasyRentCars, but I had no issues. I'd printed everything out and had it all ready to present at the counter. No questions and no issues. Dislike: The line to pick up the vehicle.
