AVOID AT ALL COST. Dishonest to downright fraudulent rental place. They found small scratches on the car after I have returned it, charged full deposit (which is $500, way more than this should be charged), and refused to release ANY documents that would let me file an insurance claim against my travel insurer. They operate this "preagreed upon penalty" which basically means that if there's ANY damage (like $10 worth of damage), they will charge you full deposit and don't have to give you any documents. Maybe it's legal in Poland, but it is not how international insurance companies and car rental companies operate. Renting from this place you risk getting overcharged for any damage (we're talking kind of damage that in US would just be ignored) and no way to claim your insurance on it. FWIW, I asked a friend, Polish lawyer, if I have any recourse - she said that I could sue them if I wanted, but altogether I should've asked first before renting, because they have the worst opinion locally.

Staff spoke good English which was very helpful. As it was my first time taking a car from Wroclaw Airport I missed the entrance into the Return Rental Car signage as this was not very obvious. I am sure colour coding the signage can help direct people if its their first time returning ALL Rental Cars not just Hertz.

Really easy keys pick up in the terminal. It did take some time to find the car in the parking lot.

The car was a hyundai i20 not the polo as advertised but it was clean and did the job well.

Some of the platform didn't work and I had to use online chat which sorted the issue

The vehicle is a new model. Clean interior. You have to do walk around to find any extra damages to vehicle and get them noted to save any future inconveniences.

Renting is fairly easy on the website and the app.

The car was new and excellent and it was in a higher category than booked. Pickup was perfect. At return, the agent declared that the vehicle was scratched although it was returned in perfect condition and the scratches were imagined. We took photos and will vigurously contest the charges.

Very easy to book, with complete information. I hope that Easyrentcars will properly take care of the renters pretention for non-existent scratches.

had to wait for Global representative over 30 minutes

Staff were horrific. Europcar accepted rental for 11.30pm booking, arrived at 11.27 and the guy took as long as possible in those 3 minutes then told us we would have to pay an extra late fee, despite the booking saying 11.30pm.

The place to pick up the car is far from the airport. They come to pick You up but it's not comfortable. But terrible is return. If You do it in the morning You have to depend on the person from parking. And this person is not a worker of Green Motion. The person was not helpful at all. I almost lost my plane. Terrible bad way to solve returrn of the car.

Excellent rent a car company. Highly recommend to buy protection at counter! Car was brand new in really good condition.

Everything worked really well apart from returning the vehicle when they queried a tiny scratch on a wheel arch - it seemed like they were trying to find something to charge us with. We stood our ground and eventually they relented, as we knew this hadn't happened whilst in our rental. This could have been avoided if they had gone around the vehicle with us when we collected it.

Easy to use and hesitant due to the price, but booked using a company I had used before, so had peace of mind. Good communication from the company ahead of booking
