The gentleman behind the counter gave us a free upgrade a small SUV, because we had two booster seats. He explained everything and in turn I upgraded my insurance. I dont know his name, but the staff were great and understood that there was going to be four people in the car. Highly recommend.

This was chaotic. Huge deposit required. All customers shocked and angry. Will never book again through either company. Shuttle bus infrequent and filthy. Terrible

They gave me a car with a lot of damage to one side even though they have plenty of other cars. We missed one bus because it took a while finding out which bus stop at the airport they do the pick ups from. This SHOULD be in the email
They didn’t appear to have our booking, the lady on the desk was very unhelpful, made it a complicated process & tried to give us a smaller car. Very pushy and condescending,

Car was good. Wait was too long. What is an equiv car should be better defined. Staff Jon preferred that I cancelled! They agreed to cancel the first 500 taken on a S$ card(to take away forex diff), instead took 500 off a UK TSB acct. The first deposit was not cancelled or returned to the card account. WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER FOR DOLLAR TO RESERVE THE CREDIT. That was how SIXT secured their deposit in my earlier week's rental. So much neater, and more considerate to the customer.

Chris at Easirent was very helpful and went over and above his role. I heard some negative reviews about Easirent but experienced none of them. Will definitely use them again - if they remain competitive!
Needing an NI number to release a car is excessive (other companies don't ask for this).
Staff at pick up location unprofessional. Discussing who had drunk the most the night before, the sexual desirability of celebrities and who could avoid the most work.
Car inspector rude.
Drop off process took far too long but at least Worcester staff were professional
Car not supplied with full tank. This was recorded by rep who advised " no problem, return with same amount". On return signed off car and advised "all Ok". 3 days later find that deposit of Gbp500 had been debited but only Gbp460 returned. Called Dollar at LGW , staff checked details and said would rectify this issue.....but have not. Fraudulent practice ???
The counter staff was not at all helpful. Kept repeating the same story of how they don't have any connection with easy car rentals and he didn't know or care about any other thing.
Very rude to say the least.
Also the pick up location was closed when we reached. So we had to go to another terminal to get the car.
Terrible. They wanted 1075GbP as deposit for insurance which we refused but still paid 69.32GBP for insurance and had a hold of 400 GBP for excess despite our insisting it was insured with you
1)I buy a super insurance at easyrentcars.com apps,arrive and take the car at budget,the budget staff sell me to buy the super insurance ,I show my phone to him I buy from the apps ,he said I didn’t buy the insurance ,just buy the basic insurance and show me his computer didn’t have super insurance record and tell me if the car damage ,I want to pay 1000 pounds,so I pay 22 pounds per day for the insurance ,I return to hotel and look the easyrentcars apps ,the claim condition is same as I buy at budget,so I buy the double insurance ,email to budget ,the budget services department reply me a long writings about theirs services how good ,but didn’t see can help me。
2)Take the car at budget ,the staff just give me the key ,and tell me in the car park ,I go to car park found a lot of time ,have a look the cars pumper had a lot scratches around the car,and start the car,table board show yellow signal ,the car is not really,then change another one,waste my time。

The space of the car is as expected however the exterior of the car is not very clean. You can’t differentiate the dirts with the scratches. I hope they can clean the car in and outside of the car throughly. The front desk staff during the pickup at Gatwick Airport is nice, she tried to upgrade the car (with a price of course) and tried to sell their insurance but I rejected nicely and she didn’t push it further.
Everything was nice until Avis (Budget) charge me £30 for ADMINISTRATION FEE only for passing on my details to the police. At first it was tolerable because I might have speeding at the highway unknowingly. I still haven’t heard from the police until now. Avis send me a letter btw not email. All the way from the UK to Malaysia. BUT Avis charge me £30 again for whatever reason I don’t know. I guess I need to wait for their mail to know. I will never use Avis again. Ever.

On non acceptance of upgrade and then offered a VW Polo which i was told was the same size!! I was asked to wait 2 minutes and then a miracle appeared a brand new VW Golf . Amazing or what!!
