Courtesy bus service is available between the airport terminal (outside the baggage claim area) and the Avis car rental lot. DISTANCE from terminal to car lot: 1 to 1.5 miles WALK-UP RENTERS From Hwy 70 East or West, use Airport Exit #236. Turn left on Natural Bridge Road to the Avis facility.

COUNTER: Located in the baggage claim area, except Southwest Airlines Terminal. Southwest customers must take the Budget shuttle bus from the East terminal. The airport counters close at 10PM daily. ARRIVALS AFTER 10PM: Proceed to the Avis counter for assistance. For Southwest Airlines customers, the Budget shuttle will run until 11PM. After that, renter will need to look for the Avis shuttle outside the baggage claim area. CARS: Customer will be shuttled to the vehicles. RETURNS: Same as pick-up. Customer will be shuttled back to the terminal. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Customer must return keys & contract to the Security booth at the airport. Location will mail a copy of closed rental agreement to the customer.

First car they gave was filthy, stains on seats, trash in car, dirt or ashes in console, Drivers side front tire was low, vehicle had strong odor of smoke. I went back in they quickly found replacement, but that can had not been cleaned either. however it was in way better shape than the first so I took it.

There was not the van that I reserved. We had to upgrade to a 12 passenger van. Your website is misleading. It was not the fault of Thrifty it was the online booking that is misleading.
