      Within any of the Fiumicino Terminals follow the rent-a-car signs to the car rentals area. This will take maximum 10 minutes walk. Our rental parking is located in the immediate vicinity of the office, on the third floor of the Multilevel Parking C. When leaving the rental counter, just take the first tunnel to the right and follow the moving walks and the signs "Rent-a-car". At the end of the second moving walk, turn right and follow the Enterprise signs. In the parking lot you will find an external office that will provide all necessary assistance to both the withdrawal and for the return.

      Avoid this rental company, they are a scam and overcharge severely. The contract listed 11 damages on the car when we received it, and after inspection, we added 6 more. When returning the car, the staff made a fuss over a tiny pea-sized scratch on the bottom of the car and asked if I had a photo. Who takes pictures of the bottom of the car? They then claimed it was new damage caused by me and charged me 150 euros. Complained to the rental platform and the rental company, thank you.

We dropped off the car and were told that was a damage, actyally itvwas some slight attrision on the bumper.       There was an insurance upsell when renting the car in Rome, but it was okay. Returning the car in Florence was a hassle just as others described. They nitpicked and claimed a small, barely noticeable mark on the front hood was an accident and wanted to charge a few hundred euros. Arguing was futile due to the language barrier. Although I had been warned to take photos and videos during pickup inspection, such tiny marks wouldn't typically be a concern in my country. So, be extra careful. Luckily, I had purchased comprehensive insurance in my country, so we'll see how the claim process goes. The Chinese customers returning cars after me seemed fine; too bad I forgot to ask where they bought their insurance and what kind they got.

      The Florence drop-off location is on the edge of the ZTL zone, making it very difficult to find. We spent over an hour circling around because it's at the edge of the ZTL zone. In the end, we had no choice but to park the car outside, walk to the rental store to confirm the driving route, go back out, and drive the car in.       The car I actually received was in terrible condition! The left side mirror was covered in tape and looked ready to fall off, and there were several scratches on the body. Though they did point these out when I picked up the car and told me to take pictures, they still charged me 500 euros for dents that were barely visible unless you looked closely when I returned the car! Fortunately, Zuzuche helped me with the compensation, but I would still suggest everyone avoid this rental company.

      I booked a Tiguan but got a Lynk & Co 01 hybrid at pickup. The battery was mostly empty so I used it as a regular car. The exterior was fine, but the internal cleaning was average. The car had good power. Most highways in Italy have a speed limit of 110-130 km/h. The car's condition was average, with maintenance notifications and low antifreeze levels, which I topped up. Adding insurance at the store made everything go smoothly.

I paid in full, but because I arrived an hour and 40 minutes late, I couldn't pick up the car (although there was indeed a delay note in the order that I didn't read carefully at the time, but considering it was an international flight, immigration, and our luggage was damaged, being slightly late is quite normal. I've rented cars abroad many times; are New Zealand and Australia less developed than Italy? Is it only Italians who are punctual? I've never had this situation before. The most important thing is that the rental company initially said I was late by two hours and my order was canceled; when I argued that it wasn't two hours and I had been waiting in line for over ten minutes, they quickly changed their story to say it was between one to two hours). Even after coordination from the platform, I could only pick up the car the next morning, meaning I lost a day's use of the car, and the cost of taking six people back and forth to the airport had to be covered by myself.

      This time, I placed two orders with this company, both at the same location in Rome Fiumicino Airport. After returning the first car, I immediately picked up the second one, so I have a fairly comprehensive experience. First, the satisfactory aspects—— 1. High cost-performance ratio. The first car was a small SUV rented for four days; the second was a medium-sized SUV rented for eleven days. According to the price comparison on the rental website, although not the absolute lowest, it was the cheapest among companies rated over 8.5 by users. There were cheaper options, but with lower user ratings, which I avoided. 2. Convenient pickup and drop-off. The company's counter is connected to the terminal, and all car rental companies are in the same hall. The pickup and drop-off parking area is at the same location and also connected to the terminal. However, there were many unsatisfactory aspects, mainly due to unregulated and inattentive service. First, the pickup process was unpleasant. When picking up the first car on the evening of April 25th, around 9 PM, the female attendant at the counter asked for an international driving license. I was surprised—according to clear instructions from the rental site, as a Chinese national, I only needed my domestic driving license and its Italian translation notarized with The Hague Apostille. She seemed dubious and took photos of my license and notarization to send to the company translator. The translator must have confirmed my validity, so she stopped pushing the issue and started promoting insurance. After I declined, she threatened me, saying, 'Can you guarantee your car won't get a scratch? Any minor scratch, and you'll owe hundreds of Euros.' I still refused, which left her visibly annoyed. Contrarily, when I picked up the second car, the male attendant only looked at my domestic license without even asking for the notarization. Due to the poor security and traffic conditions in southern Italy, I decided to buy full insurance. He quoted 800+ Euros and 500+ Euros options, but I refused both due to the high cost. He wasn't bothered at all. Second, there were issues at the parking area during pickup. During the first pickup at around 9 PM, no one was in the parking area. After walking around and yelling with no response, I had to call the counter. It took over ten minutes for someone to come and give me the keys. Moreover, the return process was also unregulated. After completing the paperwork at the counter, the contract is sent to the company's internal site and the customer's email. The customer has no physical proof and must find a staff member in the parking area, who will hand over a random car of the same class based on the contract. If the customer struggles with the language or communication, the car received depends on luck. Good communicators can pick a more suitable car from the available ones. Third, some issue emerged with the second car reservation. I booked a medium-sized SUV, specifically a BMW X3 or equivalent, but the staff claimed my contract was for a lower class, and there were no BMW X3 or equivalent cars available. I ended up choosing a Ford Kuga because of its large trunk and it seemed the best among three or four available cars. Fourth, the lack of thoroughness was evident again. During the first pickup, it was late, and I didn't check the car thoroughly before driving off. On the road, I realized the fuel tank was significantly less than full and took a picture. When returning, the staff admitted the tank wasn't full and promised to refund the extra fuel from my deposit. The deposit was returned, but I haven't received the fuel refund. Additionally, during the second car pickup, I mentioned booking a BMW X3 or equivalent. The staff told me to check the contract in my email, only to find the front desk staff had misspelled my email address, missing a letter. Although the staff corrected it on the spot, I never received either rental contract.

      Dislike: The contract lists a phone number to call for pick up service since the rental service is an off airport location. The number listed on their documentation is incorrect. I had no way of contacting the rental place to arrange the pickup so we had to take a cab. Cost me $65 to get to my car. I will be contacting easyrentcars on Monday and would expect reimbursement for the out of pocket expense for transportation to the location since it is their mistake the wrong phone number is printed on their contracts. Hopefully they are willing to reimburse me so this doesn’t go into a lengthy credit card charge dispute.

      The car rental company requires a €480 insurance fee for cross-border rentals, which was not communicated by the platform in advance. The platform also sold its own insurance. The additional insurance cost more than the rental itself. Customer service couldn't resolve any issues.       I highly do not recommend this company. First, there was no shuttle bus at the airport. Most likely, you will need to take a taxi to the rental location, which takes about 10 minutes and costs 15 euros. Secondly, the prices quoted on-site were completely different from the booked prices. The staff will try to persuade you to rent at a higher price and buy insurance through bargaining. Just firmly say no in such situations. I ended up with two reservations by mistake, so one of them was refunded later without issue, but the refund on the day was very troublesome.

      The whole personal (pick-up, car return and customer service) was extremely extremely rude. They have offered me a bad car, with lots of km that was supposed to have the last rental with me (it was written on it "no fuel") I have received an invoice with 50 eur penalty + 13 eur for petrol charge even if I have returned the car with 2/8 as mentioned on the booking. A Fiat 500 was available at the moment of booking but they didn't wanted to offer it even if I have asked and booked it. They have offered me this very used Renault Clio and have threatened me that if I don't accept it, they'll mark me as no show. Whole process took around 1 hour. Me Antonio (man with a beard within 4th floor was not speaking very well English and when I have tried to speak Italian mentioning I don't speak it very well, he was aggressively correcting my spelling but he couldn't speak English even if working for an International car company). Francesca and Fernanda from 2nd floor didn't wanted to help either. This is the worst rental experience I have ever had, I rent around 10-15 cars per year, this was the first time with Goldcar but probably the past one. I don't know how to cancel the invoice for mussfuel considering that I have pictures that prove I was wrongly charged.

      Extremely poor experience, the worst I've ever had with a car rental. Be warned and avoid at all costs! 1. Couldn't find the store at the airport, the pickup instructions were vague and inaccurate. SurPrice deliberately didn't answer calls and didn't send pickup service (later said answering calls wasn't their job, how are we supposed to contact you for pickup then, telepathy?). Even QEEQ couldn't reach them. We wasted over an hour trying to contact SurPrice's local headquarters, and eventually a car showed up to take us to the store. 2. When we arrived at the store, they took a €1200 deposit, and when we went to pick up the car, they hadn't prepared the Jeep Compass SUV or an equivalent vehicle that we reserved. They tried to pass off a small blue Fiat 500x as an equivalent, but its trunk was too small for our luggage. They claimed it was the only automatic car available and offered no alternatives. The Italian woman at the counter had a terrible attitude. This was the worst car rental experience of my life. 3. Tried calling QEEQ customer service on-site, but they couldn't resolve it either. Their suggestion was to take the car and try to swap it later, a ridiculous idea since our luggage wouldn't fit in the car. How were we supposed to drive it away? 4. We had to cancel the reservation, find another rental at the airport, spend more money, and wasted over five hours before we could leave the airport. It was midnight by the time we left, absolutely exhausting and frustrating start to our trip. 5. This happened on June 17th and by July 5th I still haven't received a refund. No updates from them, only after I called did they quickly email saying they were processing the refund. The €1200 deposit from the store hasn’t been refunded either. It's like dealing with scammers. Please be cautious renting through QEEQ, and avoid this local car rental company called SurPrice. They are still listed despite serious complaints, continuing to harm consumers. Their airport store is particularly dreadful and could ruin your trip right from the start. I still haven't gotten back over 10,000 RMB and have no idea when I will. I’m not even asking for compensation, just my money back, and it’s been a nightmare. Physically and mentally draining, I'm really unlucky to have gone through this.

We were forced to cancel the reservation and find another car at the airport, costing us more money and five hours of time, leaving us exhausted and frustrated late at night. 5. This happened on June 17th and as of today, July 5th, I still haven't received a refund. No proactive feedback from them, only responded when I chased them. The €1200 deposit hasn't been returned either, and I'm starting to think this could be a scam. Be cautious with QEEQ and especially SurPrice. This branch near the airport is particularly suspicious. They could ruin your entire trip! I'm still waiting for my over 10,000 RMB to be refunded, no idea when this will be resolved. I haven't asked for compensation, just my money back, and it's been a nightmare. This experience has been physically and mentally distressing for me.

      We reserved a Audi A3 but got a Mini Cooper( same class according to the car rental angency but we prefer an Audi A3, no big deal though), the car was absolutely disgusting and we're too busy learning everything about the car before drive away from their Rome airport garage that we forgot to check the fuel level, a few minute after we checked out from the garage we saw that the fuel was only half but the paper stated it was full so we had to return to the garage and ask the staff, he wrote sth casually on the paper and walked away with zero interest in listening to our complain about the dirty car. When we returned the car in Ancona the guy there told us that's what happens at their Rome airport branch quite often, guess they're either understaffed or just have no desire keeping their customer! Btw on my confirmation with EasyRentCars it states clearly that the price quote includes one-way-return but when we picked up the car Maggiore still added a charge we can't remember why but we never buy any add-ons when rent cars, one driver/deny all insurance coz our credit card covers it/same fuel level/no gps needed....we needed nothing extra, now Amex is investigating the extra charge for us.

We asked if there was a mapping system at the counter and were told no - so paid extra for a GPS system when there was a GPS in the car!       For four consecutive months after the rental, I was charged every month due to the same fine being applied each time. Because the amount was only a bit over 20 euros, I didn't notice until four months later when I was still being charged. Since I was in China at the time, I finally realized. However, the previous charges had already been paid off on my credit card. This company charged me five times for the same fine, which is outrageous. While the car rental platform has grown large, it includes many companies, and the cheaper and less-known ones tend to overcharge. It's unfortunate that the rental platform couldn't provide any assistance.

      The front desk staff was aggressive with us, telling us we needed to spend an additional 237 euros and that Easyrentcars did something illegal by renting us one of Goldcar/Rhodium's vehicles. She tried to sell me things that were already covered in my Easyrentcars contract and kept us at the desk for over an hour. She demanded a copy of the contract and continued to tell us this was illegal. I refused to pay the additional fee, which infuriated her, but she finally gave me the keys. The vehicle had damage on it that was not indicated on the initial document, so they re-did it and gave me another. I took pictures just in case they gave me a hard time when I returned it. When I returned the car, I had no problem at all.

      The airport shuttle location did not match the instructions, and the contact number provided was unreachable. The shuttle was shared with other companies and had no signage. Despite informing the rental store that we had full insurance from our home country, they added extra insurance without notice, resulting in duplicate coverage and additional costs.       This is a fraudulent company. All legitimate car rental companies in Rome are located close to the airport. This company has no signage, just a small nameplate, and shares a very secluded office with another rental company. Initially, I chose this company because of the high ratings, but it was a huge mistake. Four days for a medium-sized MPV cost 4,122 RMB, and I paid in full upfront. Due to a flight delay, they canceled my order within an hour of the reserved time and refused to refund me. It's simply a scam. I don't understand why they have such high ratings on QEEQ; it's total garbage. I struggled for an hour to find their desk after landing on time, and their no-refund policy is extremely unreasonable. I strongly suspect this is their business model. Contacting QEEQ didn’t solve the problem. I ended up renting the same model from a large rental company for only 283 Euros, which is half the price QEEQ charged. I don't see the point of QEEQ, as they just add extra fees and can't resolve issues. I have kept evidence and will complain to the end! I advise everyone not to trust QEEQ's reviews and that there's no need to book through them. You can easily choose a car on-site from the many rental companies and get a better deal with no risk of such scams. Complain to the end!!!
