Our office is conveniently placed at the airport. To find it, follow the signs for "Area Car Rental" in "office tower 2". The car pickup and drop-off spot is on the 4th floor of "Multilevel Parking A", where you'll see our check-in cabin. Direction from office to parking: After leaving the rental office, take the first right tunnel, follow the "Rent-a-car" signs, and turn right at the end of the second treadmill near the elevators.

We had some trouble communicating, but after contacting the QEEQ platform hotline and confirming no additional insurance was needed, we signed the contract and picked up the car. Overall, the service attitude at the store was good and patient. The staff providing the handover service later were very satisfactory in terms of attitude, language, and efficiency.

The front desk staff had a good attitude, and the online check-in was completed within 10 minutes. However, I booked an Audi A6 Avant and ended up with a Ford Kuga SUV at pick-up, which is not on the same level. At the very least, it didn’t even have electric seat adjustment. Thankfully, this car is a hybrid, offering a surprising level of fuel efficiency. Perhaps this is just how Europeans do business. Overall, it was acceptable.

Never rent from this company!!! Car was nice but they gave no inspection at checkout and charged me for a 1/2cm scratch that could hardly be seen! The scratch was not caused by us as far as I know. Nobody went over the car at checkout. We did pics but a tiny scratch cannot be seen in the pics because it was so small. Terrible service and a total SCAM!
