Very pushy to upgrade the car as the one I had booked was not very good. So she told me. Offered me a upgrade for $130 a day. I said no. She then said I could have it for $70 as day. On principle I said no as I didn’t like her attitude. The first price should always be the best price. She got very grumpy and I left. We go a upgrade anyway as they didn’t have any of the cars I had book.

Il m’a été remis un véhicule 4 portes au lieu de deux un model légèrement supérieur me semble-t-il Le temps de récupérer le véhicule à été un peu long je suppose qu’il n’était pas préparé la carrosserie était encore mouillé mais cela ne m’a pas gêné Satisfait du service Hertz Cependant ayant eu un dommage sur le véhicule bris de pare-brise j’attends avec impatience comment va se régler ce sinistre

La voiture était bien, mais elle possèdait quelques problèmes : - 1 : La voiture était assez ancienne et assez cabosée 2018 - 2 : Les essuies glaces étaient morts - 3 : L'airbag passager se déconnecte tout le temps ce qui est très dangereux - 4 : Problème de verrouillage centralisé sur la porte passager Sinon la prise en main était longue (30 minutes d'attente) mais l'accueil OK et le retour très facile. When I arrived at the counter, the first problem was the type of car they had for me. I specifically rented a Chevy Impala, but was told I was getting a Ford Fusion. When I asked why I wasn't getting an Impala, the girl told me they don't have Impalas, and acted like they don't even carry them. I reluctantly agreed to the Fusion, but then was told there is a $500 deposit because I'm a local! Why? That's the company's policy. Period. I'm a 64-year old grandmother, so are they afraid I'll take it? Makes absolutely no sense. So, I asked if there was a rental agency that did not charge a deposit. No. Okay, who has a smaller deposit? Well, you can try them (pointing to Dollar/Thrifty) or them (pointing to Avis). I walked to the next counter (Dollar/Thrifty) and asked for an Impala and how much was their deposit. Yes on the Impala with a $200 deposit. I was going to a funeral about 300 miles away, and didn't trust my older car, so it was important to me to have a comfortable car. I will NEVER do business with Fox again.

A bit of a wait to get a car as a vehicle was not immediately available for the size/class booked. In the end, they offered us a nominal discount to take a smaller car. Managed to get all our suitcases in the trunk, so eventually were on our way. All good.

The process was very easy and the counter was busy so budget must be a good company! Abis and dollar were super slow and some of us wished they would have been able to help us. But budget helps budget only.

I rented Hyundai Elantra, I gave Kia Soul. It is also good car but I don't think that this is the same class of car. I noticed after departure of rental parking a lot of glass pieces in the front, rear seats and in the trunk. It was dangerous for my health. I cleaned up carpets and trunk but it did not help. They were getting out from behind plastic pieces.Those pieces of glass was located in the trunk and front doors. I reporter it on buget station at the airport but they were helpless. I want to make a complain about condition of the car. I hope Budget or Easyrentcars will sort out this problem. Best regards, Krzysztof Jaron
