The only issue we had was finding the shuttle location but other than that I was very satisfied with the rental process and the vehicle we rented. While waiting for the shuttle to bring us to the car rental office, we were reading the reviews on Click and Rent and 98% of the reviews were awful so we were very worried. But we fortunately had no issues at all. The wait for an agent was less than 30 minutes; once we got to the counter it was painless and we got the car we had been promised. We had no issues with the car which was practically new and was very good on gas and again had no issues returning it. I would definitely recommend Click and Rent.

Great car, poor experience at shuttle pick up as no proper queuing system and driver took other customers who just arrived, despite being told we had been waiting longer and had already phoned office to ask where bus was
The car was what we expected, we did not pay for any extras apart from an additional driver and there was no problem with this. We did check the car thoroughly and asked more scratches to be added to the list, but there was no problem with this. The drop off process did not take long. Very easy and smooth process and good value for money.

I had paid to EasyRentCar full insurance coverages. But your partner Click Rent forced my to buy the same insurance for 138 EUR. I showed your booking documents, but it does not work: explanation was simple: I have to buy in local EasyRentCar office. And refused to give car. So I paid additionally to you full insurance and pick up car. “Official” explanation was that they can not accept deposit using my debit card (1300 EUR). But when we agree to pay 137 for EasyRentCar insurance, they did it successful using the same just rejected VISA – now my card was OK for deposit payment. My wife has credit cart, but it was not accepted too. So please do help my get back my payment for dublicate insurance. I have all documents and going to inform appropriate institutions about this cheating case.
Car was in excellent condition. The guy at the counter was nice but tried to sell me extra insurance which I didn’t need. Overall I was happy with the cheap price for excellent car.

Great modern car (even offered a choice) 7 seater as described, brand new Peugeot 5008. really friendly staff and professional set-up. The location is off-site and the bus was too small with many people waiting to go to the company so, we took a taxi and come back to collect our family - this was only a minor challenge.
Overall great value for money, staff and vehicles - instructions and signage to the shuttle bus stop could be much better though - not enough directions/identification.
It was unclear how to find the shuttle bus. Needed to wait 40 minutes until one arrived. The shuttles of other rental agencies travel much more frequently.

No signs where to collect car at airport.
Pay €40 for a quicker collection...and the same for drop off, awful system. So much up selling insurance etc. Just wanted to collect car and go no add ons.
Waited over 70 mins and spoke with very unprofessional and rude supervisor. Unbelievable attitude and rudeness. Never ever use again, the whole experience upset us all and nearly ruined our holiday.

I was impressed with the pick up office. Liked that it was clean and bright and all cars were inside. However I was charged extra for a diesel car which wasn’t quoted for. Easy place to find for drop off but no information re pick up. Lovely car.
The booking confirmation did not advise that the company is not located inside the airport, neither where to meet the shuttle van to the agency.
At the agency, they forced us to pay for extra insurance, despite the fact that we had already bought the full insurance coverage from Easyrentcars. They said the insurance by Easyrentcars was not valid for them. So we had to pay EUR 90 for their insurance, which was more than the full booking cost. The funny thing is that the EUR90 was to cover only for scratches and mirrors. If we had the windows broken this EUR90 would not cover for it???? They also did not take American Express. My husband and I only have American Express. If they did not accept AMEX, Easyrentcars should haven't taken this card as payment for the booking at all or advise accordingly (not in a generic T&Cs) that Click Rent specifically do not take AMEX.
The car given to us was completely damaged, crashed and dirty. When I complained about it they said that I could wait to exchange for another car. However, after spending more than an hour to get the car we decide to go ahead with the terrible car they gave to us. Please see the document attached and a photo I took of the front of the car.
Worst rental car that I tried im my life. They gave me a different car that I have booked, completely dirty. They tried to sell me more insurance covers. In the first day the AC broke. I return to the office and they changed my car for another manual car. But i have booked a automatic car.
Read their google business reviews... You are literally trading your vacation time, for less cost of rental. I don't think it's worth it. The 30 minute wait in a parking lot, for a shuttle, the 60 minute wait to get the car from the rental office, the crowd of angry customers all impatient and unhappy. It was horrible. I would gladly have paid more for a simple easy, stress free option.
They were nice but a little pushy about getting additional insurance coverage for "scratches" (even though I had bought complete coverage through AXA/ Easy Rent) but then our car (despite being in good overall condition) had scratches all over it. Made us a little paranoid and also made us wonder what they were doing with the $300 per scratch they claimed to collect if they weren't actually fixing the scratches?
