Nice Savings on Rentals. Way to many insurance etc options which are really unnecessary.

It was very busy and the shuttle bus took 20 mins to pick us up from the Airport pick-up point

This was my first experience with Click Rent, very easy and staff were efficient, I booked an SUV I was offered a choice of 2 cars, Nissan Qashqai or Renault Captur and I opted for the Nissan, already saw it in the car park and looked very nice in black with alloy wheels sport model.

The vehicle we received they did not identify all the damages on the car before giving us the keys, there were 2 huge dents in the bumper, so when returning it they were looking at trying to charge me for it. Just ensure you go over the car with a fine tooth cone (use your phone light) and take pictures of everything.

Car priced dropped after booking so got it even cheaper than what we initially paid.

Great car, poor experience at shuttle pick up as no proper queuing system and driver took other customers who just arrived, despite being told we had been waiting longer and had already phoned office to ask where bus was

I was impressed with the pick up office. Liked that it was clean and bright and all cars were inside. However I was charged extra for a diesel car which wasn’t quoted for. Easy place to find for drop off but no information re pick up. Lovely car.

No instruction provided on where to get the shuttle from at Malaga Airport in the booking confirmation. I had to phone Click Rent to find out where to go. Beware the low prices - Click Rent goes for the hard sell at the counter for extra insurance - roadside assistance isn’t even included. When you decline the additional cover the company looks for other ways to make money out of you. In my case damage was found on the vehicle after I returned it which may or may not have been there when I picked it up (it was in a place you wouldn’t necessarily have checked). I wonder how many people they have charged over €1000 to fix this same damage? Luckily I had my own insurance but definitely feel like I have been scammed by this company. Never again
