Pick up at Queenstown Airport was smooth. Slightly further away from the airport but not too difficult to find. Return at Christchurch Airport was very fast as the lady did a quick check and everything was ok. They also offer complimentary drop-off to the airport
The car was a small hatchback sufficient for us. There were scraches and when pointed out was properly recorded and no issues when car was returned. Staff were friendly. Also could cancell eassily the second car book due to change of our travel plan. Service was very satisfactory and worth for money.
Apex provide a shuttle service from the airport to the pick up point in Queenstown. When we called for the shuttle to pick us up, no one answered the phone.

During the booking process it wasn't made clear that insurance was provided by QEEQ, not the rental car company.
Due to Covid-19 we had to leave for Auckland from Queenstown on 20th morning. We asked them for a refund of the remaining days to which they refused also when also asked for q courtesy car just for 2 hours they refused.
We aren't happy with the service provider.
I request for a refund for the remaining 3 days.
Pick up counter closing at 4.00 pm too early .our flight was delayed so had to ask counter staff to stay open for a bit longer.Saff was very unhappy about it and rushed though the pick up.
Picking up the car took a while as there were quite a few people waiting in a queue. However, once I had completed the paperwork, all went pretty quickly. They didn't have the car I ordered, but gave me a 4 year old RAV4, which was a lovely car, so no complaints about that.

I was initially given ford focus but AC was not working and there was bad smell. They did change the vehicle but they were not sorry about it and I had to waste 2 hours of my time there. Moreover, they want initial vehicle to be have 100% fuel even though exchange of vehicle is not my fault.
About the second car - it was good.
