Like: Alamo Manager was very friendly and gave me a nicer SUV due to the time I waited and since the other type of SUV could not be found at the moment.
Like: I have to say I was a little concerned booking through what i thought was a reseller (EasyRentCars) but it was a trouble free and "Easy" experience. I will go through them again for sure.
Like: Everything was easy to find, the process was quick and simple and the staff was great. The car I had planned on driving was no longer available so I received an upgrade at no cost to me. Dislike: I had no complaints.
