The counter staff was excellent, but having to take a shuttle from the airport to pick up the car. I specifically look for on-site rentals to save time. It was difficult to find the shuttle location since the airport counter was closed then we hade to take another company’s shuttle to pick up the car.

Charged a lot more than what was quoted. And charged for things that were included in the price

I was charged incorrectly for road side assistance even though I had not signed for it.

No one was at the Thrifty counter when I arrived. Confused at first. Then I realized that was a note posted.

Like: I like how they offered options and I was able to choose a car that was not exactly what I reserved but the equivalent of that intermediate vehicle.
Dislike: I didn’t like being offered an upgrade. If i had the money for a higher end vehicle, then I would have reserved that in the first place.
