With the vehicle we received the AdBlue low level warning light came on the first day we had the vehicle, although it only cost us 12 Euros to fill the tank I would have expected that the vehicle would have had enough AdBlue in it for our rental period.

ローマ空港のレンタカー会社はターミナルの向かいの駐車ビルにあるが、案内標識がわかりにくくて少し迷った。hertzとthriftyは同じ会社で、同じカウンターを使用しており、人気があるため少し待つ必要があった。サービスは問題なく、保険の説明を受け、不要と伝えるとすぐに対応してくれた。車の状態は良く、返却も簡単で非常に便利だった。

車を取得して出口に着いたところで、タイヤの圧力を知らせて警察に通報して、最後にまた1台を持って帰って交換して、車を交換する手続きはとても簡単で、しかし待ち時間は長すぎて、従業員は少し少なくて、顧客は多すぎる。
