Good but could have been better.

Our fault I guess but the pick up point was not close by Chicago City Centre and our Lyft driver had a little difficulty finding it. Staff at the centre were helpful as when the SatNav arrived the holder for it was not compatible with the unit. One of the ladies gave us her car phone holder which did the job to a fashion but the unit was prone to falling off it. Expected better when paying upwards of $300 for the satnav rental. One big issue for us was that after a few days the car system alerted us to low air pressure on front os tire. I topped it up at an airline but thereafter we we had to top it up each day at the start of our days travels which was a bit of a pain. The car performed well enough though throughout the journey. Car was a Jeep Cherokee and was big enough for our needs.

Alles ist reibungslos gelaufen. Meine Erfahrungen wurden übertroffen.Ich mußte nicht warten. Die sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin Barbara am Schalter hat meine Buchung sofort und schnell bearbeitet. Das Zählerzeug war hilfreich. Die Abgabe des Mietwagens verlief auch reibungslos und ohne Beanstandungen.

Die Buchungsplattform hat sich sehr gut geschlagen. Der Pricedrop Protector wurde nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Übersetzung ins Deutsche ist teilweise unverständlich.

“Good but supplier was horrible”

Hertz pick up service was very poor. We waited over an hour in a line to sort paper work. They directed us to a valet pick up area where we waited another 20 minutes only to be told we needed to catch a shuttle bus to another location on the other side of waikiki to pick up our car. it was a 5-10 minute drive. We finally get our car and get told we need to fill out a drawing and mark all the dents and scratches. We told them photos were more accurate and he mentioned they weren't necessary and that this drawing was needed. Luckily we didn't take his advice and decided to take photos as when we dropped off the car they tried to say we caused a dent in the car - our photos proved that it wasn't us. It wasn't a very good experience at all. Please pass on this feedback
