It was horrible and shameful! Thrifty unilaterally assigned me an electric car. I had no way to recharge the vehicle. Thrifty charged me a $30/day upgrade plus tax. This was outrageous and tortious behavior and practice. I won’t use them again. I am owed $169! Is QEED going to pay me?

Everyone was very friendly. Staff did try to talk us into a bigger vehicle but the Toyota Corolla was all we needed. It was comfortable and economical and had enough head/leg room for my 6'3" tall son.

“missed the mark. Service desk clerk was a sleaze ball. Told me bad info”

Was told I only had to pay for partial gas. Returned the car with 7/8 tank of gas and got charged for the whole tank. I confirmed with the sleaze desk clerk before I left. He kept trying to flirt with me and I am married. Great car, worst service, and cost me a lot.

The car was surprisingly well equipped for an economy car. Everything was great. My only complaint is that the car still had a stake smoke smell. I'm highly allergic to cigarette smoke, so even the residual smell gave me a headache when driving it. If I had time, they would habe changed out the car for me, but I was in a rush. They were extremely nice.

Total cost was $94US but I saw a A$400+ charge on my credit card. No damage to car before or after and returned with a full tank. Looking for a credit in days to come, never advised that a holding amount would be taken.
