It took ten minutes for Avis to source a suitable car for us; it was busy. The customer service agent was extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

Double make sure your staff cleans everything out of the car. Some Fast food was left in the back. However, it didn't really bother me too much. Otherwise, the car was in excellent shape and drove like a champ. I really liked driving the Nissan Ultima and never felt there was going to be a problem. The Pickup and drop off criticism is really a logistic procedure with the airport. It's not Avis's fault but the distance and the shuttle are not ideal in my opinion, especially for people with luggage.

Picked up our car with no hassle or fuss, quick and smooth within 10 minutes which is what you want. Similar with dropping the car off. This has been the best car hire experience we've had. Highly recommended! Keep up the good work!

Very easy to book our hire car, lots of options and the price tracker is great. Once again highly recommended.

They charged for a full tank of gas and it was over half full. They also charged over $200 for a “service fee” on top of what we paid you.
