I ordered a Fiat 500 and got upgraded to a Jeep, as they had limited availability on smaller cars. Desk staff were really friendly. I would definitely rent from them again.

They didn’t want decor our QEEQ insurance and wanted $1,100 deposit or a further $76. I wld have been better not buying your insurance and going with the record go. I paid twice.

Very impressed with the whole process, finding the pick up point was easy, the booking staff were very polite and efficient. From being picked up to driving away in a brand new car took about 20 mins. Highly recommend Click Rent

The Car Rental Company (Click Rent) is a fraud. They gave me a car which was driven for 89,000+ kilometers, and therefore wasn't in a good condition. After the rental expired and the car was returned in the same condition - they confirmed it, and signed "OK" on my sheet. 4 days later, they sent me an invoice charging me Euros 1600 for "BROKEN CLUTCH". This was without any explanation or any prior notice, or dispute resolution. I would strongly recommend against hiring from Click Rent!

Worst rental car that I tried im my life. They gave me a different car that I have booked, completely dirty. They tried to sell me more insurance covers. In the first day the AC broke. I return to the office and they changed my car for another manual car. But i have booked a automatic car.

The booking confirmation did not advise that the company is not located inside the airport, neither where to meet the shuttle van to the agency. At the agency, they forced us to pay for extra insurance, despite the fact that we had already bought the full insurance coverage from Easyrentcars. They said the insurance by Easyrentcars was not valid for them. So we had to pay EUR 90 for their insurance, which was more than the full booking cost. The funny thing is that the EUR90 was to cover only for scratches and mirrors. If we had the windows broken this EUR90 would not cover for it???? They also did not take American Express. My husband and I only have American Express. If they did not accept AMEX, Easyrentcars should haven't taken this card as payment for the booking at all or advise accordingly (not in a generic T&Cs) that Click Rent specifically do not take AMEX. The car given to us was completely damaged, crashed and dirty. When I complained about it they said that I could wait to exchange for another car. However, after spending more than an hour to get the car we decide to go ahead with the terrible car they gave to us. Please see the document attached and a photo I took of the front of the car.

Read their google business reviews... You are literally trading your vacation time, for less cost of rental. I don't think it's worth it. The 30 minute wait in a parking lot, for a shuttle, the 60 minute wait to get the car from the rental office, the crowd of angry customers all impatient and unhappy. It was horrible. I would gladly have paid more for a simple easy, stress free option.

Problematic behaviour at the counter, firstly they tried to give us a smaller car than what we paid for and attempted to charge us to upgrade to a larger car (the one we had actually booked). They also took a larger deposit than they should and the excess was double what QEEQ said it was. It very much as if Europcar was trying to claw back the discount that QeeQ had secured.

Good car: VW Golf, best car in it’s class. PickUp was a little extensive. Also, the insurance via QEEQ (AXA) raised some eyebrows, and took time to consider and discuss. But overall fine.

The service was great. They gave us a two categories higher car without extra charge because the requested was not available. The counter at the ibiza airport gives priority to the arrived flights versus clients that are already at the island (3 employees on one side, none on the other). That annoyed us but after complaining one employee helped us.

The staff at 1.00 am need to polite when the travel from another country is made by the customer. Sadly they try to cheat regarding insurance at the counter and also rudely tell us that I should not ask questions at the counter

Bcp de monde pour la récupération mais peu d'agents de comptoir pour répondre à la demande donc temps d'attente long. Bcp de dégâts sur la voiture n'ont pas été marqués dans le contrat, nous avons fait un tour complet pour éviter les mauvaises surprises au retour. Aussi, il manquait un bouchon d'air sur un des pneus (dangereux !!!). Sinon, véhicule qui roule bien et sans souci particulier.

Got served by one Super Rude counter staff that basically said that if I didn't pay the £135 extra insurance then I couldn't have a car and would have to wait or I could be down graded to a Fiat 500. What a great start to our holiday, I would never use them again.

L'attente pour récupérer son véhicule est déjà scandaleuse, plus de 2h au guichet... Puis après une arnaque de Carmen la vendeuse, qui nous a fait souscrire à une assurance à 104 euros pour pouvoir récupérer notre véhicule. C'est un scandale!

Centauro refused to accept the insurance I purchased from Easyrentcars and charged an additional €66. They also charged an additional €25 for an optional fueling service which I didn't request or require! It really felt like a scam but they wouldn't release the car until I fulfilled these requirements.

Didn’t shoe up to collect us at the airport to pick up the car. Didn’t take responsibility for their mess neither contacted us to inform us at any point. Over an hour waiting at the airport for them. We were forced to use public transport so we didn’t they to our hotel until 2am. Forced to rent a car with another provider which increased our expenditure. Won’t use them ever again

We had a very good experience all round. Amazingly cheap and very easy process to collect and drop off the car. I especially liked the Centuro staff. We left our duty free bottles in the car hire office and they were so honest, they called us the next day and said they would hold the bag for us. Very happy

Great service - we arrived later than anticipated but the desk was still open on arrival. Also, we left a mobile phone in the car when we dropped it back and the Avis/Budget representative (a Mexican chap) very kindly chased after us from the 5th floor of the car park to give the phone back. Would definitely recommend!

Easy to find counter in the airport terminal, no queue, paperwork sorted and key in hand within 15 mins. Almost new Seat LEON in very good condition. Overall very impressed.

The customer service on picking up was excellent but unfortunately in less than 24 hours there was am emergency with our mom back home so had to fly back asap. I dropped the car at the level car park I picked up and the guy wasn't very helpful just kept telling me I had to take to 4th floor I tried to explain it was an emergency and we had a flight to get. Attitude wasn't very good at all

Forced to pay 150 in insurance even though I had already taken out the fully comp option, paid for a smart car which wasn’t available, waited 35 minutes as only one person working who was very rude ! Forced to pay extra or not have the car at all !! BEWARE

We received an email a few hours after picking up car asking us to indicate scratches etc but on vacation we have no printer , we were debited nearly 300 euros and were supposed to receive an email 4 hours after drop off indicating our reimbursement but 3 days after we still don't have any indication on reimbursement and nothing on our account . Salesperson for drop off didn't help us at all. Big disappointment on this company
