The staff kept asking for a tip and asked me if I liked marajana. I think that tell you all you need to know. Awful and I’m still waiting for my deposit back.
Like: Staff was very polite and helpful Dislike: Firstly they said the email name in the booking was incorrect which I found odd when it matched. Secondly I booked a Honda city but was offered a Honda Jazz. When I insisted for a similar size car, they said jazz was a 1.5L which is similar to city 1.5L. But I insisted that I needed the car size to be similar due to luggage and stroller storage space needed. After some discussion, they finally agreed to change. Thankfully I insisted if not I would have been stuck with a Jazz with 3 bags and a stroller which would be impossible to fit in the trunk. Also the tinting was very dark and heavy - but this seems to be the norm in Thailand
Lastly when I dropped off the car, the staff forgot to gave me a copy of the declaration form and I waited 20-30 mins at the counter as the staff was parking the car. But still overall I am satisfied

Very friendly and easy-going staff, helped to process my documents efficiently and explained the rental agreements clearly. Went with staff to pick up the car that's parked near the terminal door (no need to walk far), did some quick checks to mark any existing faults, and was on my way. The return was a bit confusing due to the instructions given - I thought I needed to find car park 7, but after a quick call, i found out it was actually Door 7 (they call it "Entrance 7") at the Arrivals Hall (the same area where I picked the car up from, where their car rental booth is). I might have misread the info, but I guess they could have written it clearer or just told me to drop off near the same area I picked it up, since based on the address written, I don't know what "floor" or "entrance number" i was at during my arrival. But other than that, the drop-off process was smooth, and the staff cheekily asked if I "got into any accidents" before letting me sign off that the car was returned with full tank, without any (new) damages. Overall, I would definitely rent with Chic Car Rent again.

Easyrentcars lived up to its name. Everything was very smooth and easy, and prices very competitive. Will definitely use again.
Got a free upgrade to Honda CR-V and love it! The vehicle is in good condition, clean and powerful. Staff is helpful in helping to mark the existing scratches on the car. Satisfied with Chic Car Rent.
Overall experience was good but at the time of return i was not able to fill the fuel tank to full as i took express way .The tank was above half i have pictures of same but the staff at counter didnot agree with meter reading and was asking 1000 baht for refill after much arguing they accepted 750 baht.O do understand that i was supposed to fill the tank but asking 1000 baht for a tank more than half is too much when the complete car tank gets filled up for 1200 baht.
Rude staff on Pick up, car still full of last customers rubbish.
Tires bald, dangerous and down about 5-7psi each ( note that customer is responsible for tires shpuld there be an issue ).
Car ODO showed around 45,000km but sounds and drives like it has 245,000km on it.

Excellent, cheaper than any other platform by a long shot - I will only use EasyRentCar App from now on.
I dont think the Rental companies like the heavily discounted prices sometimes close to 50% less ( with first time use promo codes added ) keep us the lower honest pricing !
