値段が安くて少し心配でしたが、スタッフの方も親切で、車の状態もとてもよく、何も問題ありませんでした！空港までのピックアップの予約をしなければいけなかったのがわからず、現地で電話をしなければいけないのが大変でした。現地で使える番号は持っていないし、電話で英語で話すのもハードルが高く、ピックアップ場所や方法の説明がないのが困りました。それ以外は全て快適でした！

We did wait a long time to get a vehicle as the customer ahead did not have the correct booking information to hand and held up proceedings, and there was only one customer service rep serving at the time. The car had not been cleaned since the last rental, but the car performed as expected.
