Slightly coerced into paying the additional insurance - nearly the same as the hire price !! We were told we could lose 700 EUR for a scratch without it

If you met a hard sell, please contact us at the counter immediately. After checking your booking's excess amount due to it is the basic protection, we find the excess is EUR 1,600(USD 1,798). It was a new car clean and modern it has carplay which helped a lot when we connected I phone During my trip i had to add addblue fluid I contacted the rent company they advised to add and they will refund The rent company staff was very nice and helpful

“Lack of clarity on level of insurance needed..”

Had to wait a long time to be seen at the pick up desk. And when the attendants appeared to be free, I still stood there, without acknowledgement, for at least 5’. Then I was told I needed extra insurance, which turned out to be double the original booking cost. However i was given an upgraded car which as a family we really enjoyed.
