Vehicle was in very bad condition The inside has not been cleaned at all. The counter staff added the option without asking me. i make a claim She said she'd do it again On the contrary, he acted very angry with me. Everything was fantastic except for the fact we had to wait in line 45 minutes at the counter to sign the contract for the car. A second rep came out to help the line and the first rep disappeared soon after!

“Beware of off-airport locations”

Like: Hertz upgraded my vehicle and the Hertz staff were REALLY VERY NICE.
Dislike: EasyRentCars gave me a great price but then I realized that was because it was NOT an airport location, but at a downtown location near the conference center. I had to Uber over there to to get the car (for about $25) and pay a $24 fee to return at the airport. While I still saved some money, it was not much and I would likely have opted for an airport location option if it had been made more obvious.
