Poor service if you don’t pay extra 18€ to be treated as a client.

GoldCar is a FRAUD. I said clearly I am not interested in buying extra insurance. they took money from my credit card without my consent for insurance I never wanted. they do not even answer my emails. I will report it to police ASAP.

Car was in a different terminal than where I landed....Europcar was kind enough to bring it to where I was. Though the car was in a usable but damaged condition at various places. They were kind enough to note the same on the contract but I expected to get a car in good condition.

It's relatively expensive...but otherwise smooth.

Centauro in Barcelona is not able to handle properly all bookings in effective manner. Pick-up times are more than 2 hours although it is known at what time clients should arrive. At the Drop-Off it was not possible to close the contract as there was a mistake in the system (manager inserted in the system that more kilometers were used than agreed). The car was unfortunately robbed and glasswindow broken. Centauro have not provided any explanation about the price of the new window that seemed to be at least twice higher than market price. Insurance details were not explained at the pick-up.

Low prices without proper explanation attract clients for companies like Centauro.

Stay sway from this company. Price is cheaper, however the experience at the rental place is terrible. 1. Good luck to have find the shuttle once you are at the airport. Then, it is not coming every 10-15 min, but more like every 30min or more. It took us over 1hr from when we got our luggage 2. You finally arrive at the rental place, take your ticket and be ready to wait for your turn. Another 1 hr 3. Car was great 4. Drop off. Be ready to also spent time returning the car and wait for the shuttle. We almost missed our plane. Plan at least 2-3h 5. I would pay a little more and rent from another company

I arrived near closing time, there where more then 10 people and each person took 15-20 minutes to process. Despite the large queue only one employee remained and all the others left without caring about the customers. I had to weight ~2 hours until I got my car. The car itself was new, in great condition and I had no other issues with the company.

Personnel ne parlant pas français; désagreable et impose des frais en plus car la credit de paiement soit disant indique débit et non credit. prix de location qui triple voire quadruple le prix de base déjà débité lors de la réservation par internet. ARNAQUE ARNAQUE ARNAQUE

I pay for all insurance and for gps in the end of drop off thay charge me moer 35 euro for gps and insurance its not ok

the location is far and hard to find. you need to drive between terminals, and than to find the minibus which after long wait, will finally take you to this far location. after all this long way, you find the worst service i had in "rent a car" offices. I was told that there were sick stuff. but, on the return - i found the same situation. nobody to return the car to... and again... wait for a bus for the terminal...... i recommend to avoid it.

No full check up of vehicle before handover. Car was dirty and full of scratches and delivery person was rude to clean up. Finally with lots of arguments vehicle was changed which was good. Again no time given to inspect vehicle and person on duty was not interested to mark damage. Also he wrongly mark shelf in car which was not there. On returning person mark damage on Tire but same was not ask to check on handing over time. Since full coverage was there which safeguard for charges due to negligence of Hartz team. It is absolutely ridiculous to ask a foreigner to submit a Spanish credit card. I was not the only one to be rejected because of this reason. Absolutely disgusting

El vehiculo bien equipado, espacioso. El tiempo de proceso para la firma del contrato fue un poco lento. Lo negativo y desagradable fue la atencion del personal que entrega el coche muy poco amable y muy apurado, ademas el vehiculo tuvo una limpieza somera, rastros de cigarrillo sobre las alfombras y un fuerte olor a cigarrillo.

Excelente plataforma de reserva, completa y facil a reservar. Ademas buena asistencia en caso de dudas.

A too long of a process to get the car keys. I wish the staff was more informative as far as what is needed if traveling thru different countries, tolls, etc.

Service trop long à la reception et surtout trop long au retour ! Nous avons attendu 1h pour rendre nos clés puis 30 min pour la navette nous ramenant à l’aeroport! Nous avons failli raté notre avion. Le personnel n’est pas attentif au client.

Renting through Centauro was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Not only did we need to wait 90 minutes - the woman at the front desk told us we needed to have an international drivers license (which was not indicated anywhere) and then told us we could solve the problem by paying 250 euros and then tried to get us to slip her fifty euros outside to solve the problem. Extortion. Awful. Unbelievable that this happened in Europe.

At the counter of Interrent, there is any signs that the office of Interrent moved to Goldcar. At the counter of Goldcar there is no sign, that hier can pick up the car people with interrent voucher. The crew tried to get from me the adminstration fee, although in my voucher of stood clear, that I paid all taxes and fees.

Car was dirty inside and out.
