Considering the high volume of customers they were dealing with on both my pick up and return, they really couldn't have been quicker or more efficient. And they were quite friendly as well!!

Le prix (275€) était plus élevé que le prix annoncé (158€): charges, plein d'essence. La voiture devait être rendue avec le réservoir vide, ce qui est assez compliqué. Du coup, on paie du carburant inutile

Samantha was extremely unprofessional, she swore on numerous occasions and tried to rush the damage paper work, being very lax about it. On return, I had to argue my case for 60 mins that I did not damage the vehicle and again Samantha handled the situation terribly. She refused to look at the vehicle and claimed she did not remember, even though she came up to me before this and tried to pick up our conversation from the last day. Terrible experience and very vindictive.

They rented us a car without working headlights. We discovered the problem on our second evening (of five day/nights) and had to drive back on tiny Irish roads with almost no lighting. It was terrifying. When I called the next morning, they told me to go get them fixed and that I would be reimbursed. We were in a tiny village on holiday so we just decided to forgo that experience. We didn't drive at night again but that was quite inconvenient. I would like to get a partial reimbursement since I do not consider this a fair or reasonable rental situation.

We turned up around 12am only to find a family arguing with the attendant (possibly Marco) we weren’t sure why, but waited our turn. As soon as it was our turn about 60minutes later...he was just terrible, I get it we needed to either get insurance or a pre authorisation amount, but he was just horrible, saying he had to leave when we were making our mind up, saying he would just lock up and we wouldn’t get a car. That pressure is not good! Not professional! And should just not be on! Horrible horrible service.
We ended up getting extra insurance, we needed it as he was just giving us scare tactics. I’m very unhappy with the service given don’t think I’ll hire again. Not a great way to start our wedding!
I get a much bigger and hybrid car than I thought. Actually I need a car as small as possible for the narrow road in Ireland countryside but that's not a big deal. The stuff worked hard to explain the additional charge and tax and how to walk to get my car. Many thanks.
The car we rented exceeded our expectations. We drove 1900 km over mountains, through pretty scary roads to see some of the most beautiful sights! Our little Picanto never let us down once. Kind of sad when we dropped her back off we had her for 11 wonderful days.

Booking did get a little confusing and expensive. We ended up paying for extra coverage but in the end it did give us piece of mind. The counter staff were very patient with us and helpful.

Simple online process. Clarity on pick up and drop off. Easy to change dates by cancel and rebook and at same rates. No hidden tricks. Value for money and smiley team. I noted some new scratches on car as I hired it. Told to take photo as evidence and if any issues in future refer to these. They then signed my form to show the reviewed and agreed. Very helpful. Will use again for sure.

I got the impression that if i didn't reduce the excess to 0 that even for the slightest minor damage that i would have been charged the full excess of €3000.
Not a pleasant experience, so i felt i needed to mitigate the future hidden cost by paying the excess of €341.
The person who served us was great. Really friendly. The whole process took no more than a couple of minutes and the car was spotless. Usually I hate renting cars but this was almost... a pleasure?
