The room in the first rental car was very dirty and there were a lot of ants. For this reason, the vehicle was requested and changed.Initially prepared vehicle compartment was not clean enough.I would like you to improve this part.
As the fuel only 3/4 full when returned, i expected the charged will be necessary. However the price are scared for the penalty, they charged me almost 1000bht for 1/4 full filling charge, which is the price i can refill almost full fuel for the car. Anyway, i paid. Just let you know it.

I was needed to extend my rent in one more day after I took the car. They told me the price would be double the price I paid simply because they knew that I have no other options.
Choosing ASAP as there are lots of good reviews on this thai car rental company. Yes the car I rented met my expectation. Good customer service at front desk. Don't need to wait long while returning vehicle and had help me to return thumb drive that I used it for audio during road journey. Will be using ASAP again.
The car already drove 99000km when I rent it, But the car condition was totally fine. Engine, Interior... fine. 13 months ago, I rent the same category car from ASAP. Then, ASAP gave mineral water and small bag... I remember it, so I did not buy any drink at Don Mueang airport...But at this time... I should had bought some drink before pickup. Mai pen rai.

ASAP staff service needs improvement.
Request for extension before the original return day by phone call. Extension amount was agreed by both party. However, extra cost was charged when returning the car due to staff weakness of understanding English. Very disappointed to the staff at the front desk.
Car was good, but had smoke smell
Oil warning light came on, response from help center was to not answer or put the phone down
Staff did not speak any English which was an issue

Recommend to put a map of where is your counter for pick up. It took sometime for us to really know where is your stall according to the instruction stated in email. Eventually, we have to ask service counter about your location.
