There where floods in Ubon Ratichani at the time I was hiring the car. I had ordered to collect a Toyota altis but the staff thought it would be better to take a 4x4 hilux due to the roads. I asked how much the upgrade would be and they said no charge. Excellent customer service

“It was quite terrible experience especially with the condition of child car seat provided by budget.”

The child car seat was terrible. It was dusty and had bad smell. It was like the company has been using for over 10 years without cleaning. My daughter got allergy since the first day of using the car. The counter staff was also helpless. They kept asking me to buy more insurance package without checking the document that I chose super plus insurance package. And the last thing, the car wasn't Honda civic. Overall, it was quite terrible experience this time.
