I have paid at the desk around 500 euros for all risks insurance (theft not included), which is very expensive.
Insurance should be around 10 or 20% of the rental rate value not more..
I had no options so I paid it but am unhappy and won’t rent there again.

英語でのコミュニケーションに大きな問題がなかったのか、たしかにリスク・サービスが推奨されていたのですが、国内で購入していることを確認してから、問題はないと思います。保証金も90ユーロしか受け取らなかった。そして与えられた実車はLEXUS UXで、国内にはない2ボックスモデル。
