まあまあそうだけど、車を取ったときにカウンターの社員がイギリス紳士の印象を逆手に取ったんだから、レンタカー代を多めに取ったのが業務本能だったのかもしれない。彼はとてもこつこつと私を説得して大きい車に乗り換えて、保険を買って…もちろん僕が頑張って、いつもの車を使ったし、空港の車も駅の車もすごく便利だった。
