QEEQ deleted my booking without notice despite taking my money. This was discovered at Hertz counter. Hours later QEEQ rectified by booking through a different company, miles away, that ended up charging me an extra 200 dollars.

The car was perfect..... but the problem was that the car had been paid for,but they could pick up the payment. We jad to pay again

We were not able to collect the car. We arrived to find a queue of people waiting - there were no cars available. We waited several hours before leaving with no car. Hertz were not helpful at all. We will not be using them again.

Truck was not clean, had to spend 20$ at car wash

Like: I loved the car
Dislike: Calling hertz on the phone and speaking to the reps I was driving in a massive rain down pour and needed to change location of drop off they could not tell me how far hertz was from hotel I was staying at . Paying more for a different drop off location seems rediculous to me The guy at drop off location however was very nice
