Like: Customer Service reps Janet and Tom were kind, helpful and fantastic. The car I reserved was not yet cleaned out, but they upgraded me for no additional charge.

Like: Return process great
Dislike: I waited over 20 minutes at the counter for service

Like: Great vehicle, great service
Dislike: Some confusion over toll system/payment. Could be explained more clearly.

Didn’t have the car I reserved. Card reader didn’t work. Had to process card manually. After 3 different cards, and 15 tries. The kid literally said “maybe it’s our card reader” Who doesn’t have chip readers when their entire business is based on credit card processing? Customer service rating below zero if possible.

The car was dirty on the outside. The tires need replacing.

Like: Perfect car for traveling to and from airport with small stops throughout my visit
Dislike: Car has a little worn interior

The lady at the counter was very nice and gave me the desired vehicle that I have wanted in the first place even though the reservation she had was for something different. I really enjoyed driving the Ford fusion and was impressed that I only use a half a tank of gas for the week of my vacation.

The reservation went through but went through one level lower than what I requested.

Like: Good service , good price

Like: I use the car to visit my grandchildren
Dislike: Someone did not show up for work the day I got my car

Like: Dealing with this off- airport- site so much easier on many levels, the best of which is not having to drag suitcases to/from the airport's (what seems like) 2-mile walk.
Dislike: My only negative experience was on the day of pickup, there was only one person to handle customers as the other person had left ill. The process took about 1/2 hour or more, but it was not on the fault of the very friendly agent.

Like: The whole experience was excellent! I am a first time user of Easy Rent Cars and was really pleasantly surprised. Will use again, Thrifty was fast check in and super fast check out.
Dislike: There was nothing I didn't like!

Like: I loved the car
Dislike: Calling hertz on the phone and speaking to the reps I was driving in a massive rain down pour and needed to change location of drop off they could not tell me how far hertz was from hotel I was staying at . Paying more for a different drop off location seems rediculous to me The guy at drop off location however was very nice

Like: Polite staff member. no delay getting on the road to complete the journey.
Dislike: Vehicle had a annoying noise from the rear on the highway (i suspect a wheel bearing)

Like: Got upgraded
