Even though I reserved this vehicle several days in advance, when I arrived at the rental facility the gentleman at the desk laughed at me and told me good luck finding a truck. He said he has no trucks and that he would not be able to find one. I went to enterprise just a few miles away and was given the exact pick up truck that I needed and had a very smooth the rental process through Enterprise. I would not recommend or use Hertz again

I ordered a toyota corolla. When i picked up at Hertz they only had hyundai accent which is lower class than toyota corolla.
