Even though I reserved this vehicle several days in advance, when I arrived at the rental facility the gentleman at the desk laughed at me and told me good luck finding a truck. He said he has no trucks and that he would not be able to find one. I went to enterprise just a few miles away and was given the exact pick up truck that I needed and had a very smooth the rental process through Enterprise. I would not recommend or use Hertz again

ロサンゼルスでの車の取り取りは順調だったが、予定していた日産の貴士がいなくなったので、同じ車に交換したトヨタのセナは、コンパニオンの前で車を入念にチェックした。道は比較的順調だったが、イエローストーンに着く頃に故障ランプが点灯していたので心配だったが、レンタカー会社に連絡したら大丈夫だと言われ、メンテナンスの時間を過ぎていた。車も順調だったし、全保険に入っていたので余計な苦労はしなかった。
