The Car was very good for our needs and was faultless.... Collection was appalling, was waited about 90 minutes which was not great, a number of customers didn't wait and took cars from other rental companies and demanded refunds the Budget Line was excessive even if they had "staffing Problems" they knew how many cars were due out at that time and should of been prepared - Customers are sick of the "Covid" excuse and that's what it is an excuse

Only concern wld be able to have price conversion on website for figuring actual rental from U.K. to US when making final decision. I had to leave website to get conversion rate before I could calculate actual costs

Rental period was just 1 day so didn’t get a chance to use piece drop

The wait at the Budget line at JFK was HORRENDOUSLY long. I arrived only ti find the longest queue was for Budget. I stood in line from 10.30am until 12.30 noon before i was able to get to the counter. The lady who served me mumbled away for most of the time and would walk away from the counter from time to time. It was a shoddy experience. IT WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAD EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS.

The front desk staff At the Phoenix locationwas trying to not authorize the rental rate because they stated I held a US passport I told individuals that I live in Germany and I have a visa that is sanctioned under the status of forces agreement (SOFA) agreement and I’m a resident in Germany through the status of force agreement for a BUDGET claims to be pro military and that has a relationship with USAA they seem not to know that military personnel/ Government personnel are living in working overseas are residents of overseas locations in foreign countries! My suggestion if personnel for budget are going to be working at an international airport as large as the Phoenix airport that the school their staff on the situations! Shame on you but shit I wish USAA would reconsidered their partnership with you!

I have been charged an additional two charges of £86 and £14 on top of the £171 with no explanation.
