The counter staff in Santa Monica was unhelpful annd extremely unfriendly , she gave us no information about the car or charges …. We were very disappointed with the service we got the lady was so rude and unprofessional … In comparison in San Francisco at the drop off the service was exceptional .

Rentamos la Mazda y nos dieron una camioneta Jeep pickup, INCOMODISIMA, no es para 5 personas, es altísima y en la parte de atrás NO CABEN 3 personas, definitivamente no vuelvo a rentar con ustedes ni con AVIS ya que no respetaron mi solicitud. I waited 2.5 hours for a car. It was dirty and did not smell good when I finally received it. When I dropped the car, the employee told me that the initial pick up point did not even enter the vehicle number on my file.
