The counter staff in Santa Monica was unhelpful annd extremely unfriendly , she gave us no information about the car or charges …. We were very disappointed with the service we got the lady was so rude and unprofessional … In comparison in San Francisco at the drop off the service was exceptional .

Rentamos la Mazda y nos dieron una camioneta Jeep pickup, INCOMODISIMA, no es para 5 personas, es altísima y en la parte de atrás NO CABEN 3 personas, definitivamente no vuelvo a rentar con ustedes ni con AVIS ya que no respetaron mi solicitud. Lo del seguro no está claro en la página, pagamos uno q no era necesario y en el mostrador ya te explican que necesitas otro.

The car was really nice and spacious and well-maintained but inside I couldn’t connect my newer phone to the speaker. The person who manned the desk when I picked up the car was nice but the lady when I returned it was not friendly at all.

Lovely car - was very happy to be driving a hybrid - a Ford Fusion. Handled really well and very comfortable. Counter staff were very helpful. It was busy so I had a bit of a wait but not too bad - I was out of there in 15 minutes.

The booking process was easy - a lot of small print to be read - although I suppose that’s inevitable. I had no other reason to contact them.
