The hertz desk was busy lots of people collecting vehicles only 2 members of staff dealing with customers. Could have been quicker as a hertz gold member I am used to faster service. They have also made an additional charge of €82.40 which I am currently disputing and require further explanation.

First they tried to issue an other car in a different cat. (Audi A4). After insisting on the hired type of car, they arranged to pick it up at a differen rental station.

No full check up of vehicle before handover. Car was dirty and full of scratches and delivery person was rude to clean up. Finally with lots of arguments vehicle was changed which was good. Again no time given to inspect vehicle and person on duty was not interested to mark damage. Also he wrongly mark shelf in car which was not there. On returning person mark damage on Tire but same was not ask to check on handing over time. Since full coverage was there which safeguard for charges due to negligence of Hartz team. The staff at 1.00 am need to polite when the travel from another country is made by the customer. Sadly they try to cheat regarding insurance at the counter and also rudely tell us that I should not ask questions at the counter
