Bad Customer Service at Pick Up location

When I picked my car up, the guy just said it's the white one over there. I am older and would of appreciated a bit of instruction on the technology. The drop off was not good. The lady accepted my keys and charged my card and said goodbye. I asked her to come inspect my car that there was no damage. She said they did not do that. WHAT? I said her driver could move it, or damage it and I would be liable. She said she could not go outside. There were 2 other people there. I said I am not trying to be a problem but I want my car written off as the way I picked it up. At that point, she was very rude but did come out. I will never use that location again. Texas is hot, and she was being lazy...but what's right is right. Bad customer service.

“Bad expeience and not match my order expectation”

The car was very noisy and when noticed it was too late and far to return to replace. It appears that had been used extensively before, almost 100,000 miles. I was busy in my business purposes and short in time to call or replace it during the trip Also the size of it was seem smaller and not at the level in the order of mid-size SUV.

Car ok. Problems with credit card--thought was fraud use. worked out with Budget eventually. SO THEY DID THEIR JOB. Budget needs an over ride to credit card company to check out / rectify card problem. Lock you out after 2 card tries.

Waited nearly 2 hours at the Budget desk, as they simply did not have enough cars available, plenty of staff on duty going very slowly. Booked large family car, as 3 of our group taller than 6 feet. We were then told at the desk it was unavailable, and that we had been given a complimentary upgrade to an SUV. I asked what the car was and staff claims he did not know. We were given an old Nissan Rogue Sports edition, the older, smaller version. It had dints, scratches and stone damage, even a piece of the bumper on the front seat. We were now 25 hours into our journey, so rather than wait, I accepted the car and carried on with our journey. Not what we ordered and will not be using Budget again.
