ダラーとスリフティの2つの車の関係を知りません。私たちがウェブサイトで注文したダラーの車は、エディンバラではスリフティが提供するサービスで、最後に与えられたレンタカーの注文もスリフティが行っています。Thriftyのサービスの人員は多くなくて、私達は2台の車を借りて、前後40分を使って、もちろん言葉の交流が遅い問題もありますが、しかし先にひとつを済ませて、もうひとつをするしかありません。帰国する航空券の注文を出さなければならない。幸いにもbmw X3を2台注文してくれたのはbmw X5と三菱アウランドだった。車は新しくてきれいです。命拾いをしたのは僕たちがインバーネス空港で返したことだった。インバーネス空港には決まったサービス・ショップはなく、空港のフロントの説明通り、LongPakingエリアに車を停め、鍵をフロントの横の箱に入れて返しただけだった。これらの詳細については、これまで何の説明もなかったため、搭乗時間を逃すところだった。しかし三日後には、車の敷金が戻ってきたので、別に問題はなかった。

The company arranged a car to pick us up and take us to their office. When we arrived at the airport parking lot after our flight, the car was already full. The driver politely asked us to wait a moment while he dropped off the other passengers and then came back for us. We waited about 40 minutes before the car returned to take us to the rental company. We waited about 10 minutes at the counter and another 10 minutes for the paperwork. The whole process was very courteous.

Dollar was very nice but took 30 min to do paperwork and bring car out. Much too long for prepaying. The counter person was very nice for too slow.
