Great experience, sparkling clean car, excellent service

Very satisfied.

Booked from a store near Paddington in London, everything went smoothly. Booked an Audi A4 wagon but got a Volvo XC40 AWD instead. It's slightly smaller, but since we had one person less than expected, it worked out fine. Otherwise, there wouldn't have been enough space for our luggage. The car was very new, had built-in navigation and cameras on all sides to detect surrounding vehicles. It could park itself, although we didn't try that feature.

The night before picking up the car, I realized I selected the wrong return time. I placed a new order and got a confirmation. However, when I went to the store the next morning, they told me they couldn’t process it in time since it was a last-minute request. As a result, I had to settle for a manual transmission, which caused some inconvenience with the car stalling occasionally.
