Counter staff and shuttle staff was AMAZING! The car was a little underwhelming. Very banged up, windshield wipers didn’t work good and it rained so much 2 of the days. The rental car even over heated one day so the shuttle driver came and swapped us a car. But we had to wait for 2 hrs for responses.

車の受け取りが早朝だったにもかかわらず、すごく時間がかかった。結構人が並んでいるのに、4つのカウンターの内、2つしか開けておらず、30分以上待たされた。

“ホノルル空港　Hertzのカウンターだけ大行列！”

ホノルル空港に朝9時に着いてレンタカーを借りに行き借り終えた時は、昼2時。時間を有効に活用しようと国内で支払いなど全て完了してるのにHertzのレンタカーを借りて無駄だった！他のレンタカー会社はスムーズに行ってたようです。 Hertzだけ、大行列でお客さんが並んでるのに店員が1人で対応して慌てる様子もなくダラダラ対応。

受け取りに時間がかかり過ぎる。ゴールドメンバー受付もあとで気づいたが、長蛇の列。スタッフが限られている、年末は集中したからなど理由にならない。デジタルで効率化できる方法はいくらでもある。

コンパクトカーの予約でしたが、大きめのセダンでした。体が小さいので、運転がしづらかったです。

大きな車を予約して小さな車が割り当てられるとクレームになりますが、その逆はいいと思ったのでしょうが、世の中には小柄な女性も多く、あえて小さめな車を希望していることもあります。コンパクトカーの予約ならせめて小さめのセダンくらいまでの割り当てにしておいて欲しいです。
