Consistent with the motto “We’ll Pick You Up”, free pick-up and drop-off services are available with Enterprise at non-airport locations during business hours. If renting from an airport location, the rental offices are usually in the terminal or a short shuttle ride away. The car I booked was unavailable, and they tried to sell me a huge, 3-seater Transporter vehicle used for moving goods/homes. Completely unsuitable for a 1000km family trip. After 2 hours, we got a different car.

Positive experience with few small exceptions
We've booked Suzuki Swift and received brand new Suzuki Vitara - nice upgrade. What did dissapoint us - Kutaisi is a small airport and probably due to that permanently there is nobody in the office of Enterprise/National car rental. We even agreed via sms, precise time of drop off the car - but nobody came and finally after few calls we left keys on a desk in empty office.

Smooth and professional .
Excellent size of car for an overseas driver. Great condition and economical. Very good/excellent staff who handled our rental out and in. Noticed delays in dealing with others at check in as did not have or know what was required to finalize check in at desk. eg licence to hand, two telephone contact numbers etc. Useful to have a check list of needs to avoid delay.

the young lady was vey goof the only issue i has was the chugger type mentality of the company policy of trying to mug me for inflated insurance costs for tyres ! your practice is all very well in trying to sell insurance but it was a very negative feature - you should stop it as it looks v chaps and nasty
