If renting from an airport location, the rental offices are usually in the terminal or a short shuttle ride away. The car had a system issue, and I couldn't reach the nearby Enterprise branches by phone. I tried calling 4-5 branches over two days but couldn't get through. The service from the rental platform was excellent and they persistently tried to help me contact them, but it was still very difficult. In the end, I drove to a larger branch and exchanged the car.

Very good in all ways.
I thought I was getting a Vauxhall Corsa which had on board GPS system but end up with a 2019 Toyota and had no GPS but Ipswich gave me a TomTom GPS with out this I would have got lost . The drop off point at Glasgow airport is very hard to find and needs better signage coming off the motorway from the Troon direction .

Overall, it's quite good. The car pickup point is at a corner of Milan Central Station. Look for the Blue Elephant car rental; the three companies are together there. Remember to attach a photo to the QEEQ white form, otherwise, the staff will ask you to take one, and the photo booth is at the metro transfer area of the train station. They will ask if you need insurance, but if you say you have already bought it, they won't ask again.

At Zurich Airport, the guy in charge of handing over the car mentioned a lot of fees and said the car was brand new. He required a 2000 CHF deposit. In reality, there were a few scratches. Thankfully, we took some random photos before departure; otherwise, it would have been hard to explain.
