Enterprise Car Rental with Pickup Truck

Great car, friendly staff, great communication

Nobody at the rental counter when arriving and door locked. Tried calling the two phone numbers stated on the door, no answer. Went to the garage and was disrespectfully met. Waited till the delivery guy went to the third vehicle without looking at me. He said I had to repass by the counter, his colleagues had said I could wait wherever I wanted. Had to wait for two persons at the counter… Lost an hour at the pick up.

Counter staff at both ends were helpful and efficient. The pick-up location is incorrectly marked in Google maps & Waze. Vehicle was perfect.

4WD booked was a 2WD in the parking lot, eventhough at key collection it was (re)confirmned to be a 4WD. Enterprise did give a discount afterwards, but would have preferred to be a as booked. The tone of voice was friendly and helpfull.

They made me double pay the one way fee and charged me extra taxes. Not happy with the service.

Great service. The only thing I will mention, they gave us a 7 seater car with a small engine! Being inn Costa Rica where you are surrounded by mountains, going up hills was an effort. They tried to upsell another car to us.

Excellent service. Great pick up - very fast. Drop off was even better - guy who handled the drop off was amazingly efficient - fastest ever drop off.

Good model car, friendly staff, but car had a couple issues: - One of the wiper blades came loose on highway - Car didn't have enough coolant and gave engine warning. Topped up with water myself.

I was given a different car than the one I have rented it’s a lower quality, I had to wait over one hour because my flight was early and I was told by the staff that I was delayed because I rented through QEEQ specifically because they have issues with QEEQ I had to be penalized by waiting more than one hour

The counter staff were friendly and helpful. I had a mechanical fault on the first car and I was given another car. The Transitioning was so smooth with good customer support.fantastic

Received a warm and friendly welcome from the guy on the counter. Went through the process no problem. The original car we had booked was not available but we had a slightly smaller model which was no issue for us. The guy explained the problem and was ver apologetic. Contract completed the car was checked over and shown the drop box for the next morning and also the shuttle collection point. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The staff at Enterprise were extremely courteous and helpful. The pick up was extremely quick and the staff took the time to show all the car controls.

Was really good apart from collection i waited almost 3 hours to pick up, I was offered 25% which thr manager emailed Qeeq but after speaking with them which was beyond terrible as the girl couldn't understand or speak English she made the whole process extremely terrible.

I waited 40+minutes to get the car and the drop off was not in the airport but far away, I needed a bus to go back to the airport, not as planned. The tires where losing air half the way I had orange sign showing. The car was 7years old and the seat belt of the passenger didn’t lock.

Friendly and helpful people

There was a glitch in the system between Qeeg and Enterprise at the time of picking the car up. The counter assistant was very helpful,but it looked like the wrong price on the booking agreement which worried us at the time. We weren't charged anymore which was a relief. We couldn't fault the staff or Qeeg, but the IT system did have a problem.

Service at pick-up was great. We realised the vehicle we had booked was a little small for the amount of luggage we had however we were quickly upgraded to a larger vehicle which cost around $20 extra per day. Very easy process and made such a difference.

Car exceeded my expectation and had no issue with it driving from Dubrovnik to Milan. Only problem was the gas tank was only 2/8 full and it was hard to calculate how much gas we had to put in the tank as we were driving more than 1, 500 kilometers so we brought it back 7/8 full.

Easy pick up. Took a while to get confirmation that deposit was being returned in full.

The staff is kind with good communication. They gave us a car with the tank empty, but we insisted that the booking was with the tank full. Finally, they accepted and filled the tank.

I didn't get the car i was expected instead i had to pay more to get a car which fits with our needs

Car was great. Huge and plenty of space for family and all our luggage which included 4 large suitcases. No problems. Enterprise also offered me alternatives and were very helpful.

I had an amazing experience with my last car rental from Enterprise, specifically with the Volvo XC90. The vehicle was in excellent condition and provided a comfortable ride throughout my trip. Other members of the staff were also very accommodating and friendly, making the overall experience truly enjoyable.
