Had to wait more than 2 hours after arriving at Seville Airport before they finally had a car for me. The car itself was fine, just a bunch of scratches… I took photos of every single one! Staff were reasonably polite and, to be fair, they didn’t push extra insurance on me when they saw I wasn’t interested. They just warned me that a single scratch would cost €1,400, which is insanely expensive – easily the priciest company I’ve ever used. I’m used to paying maybe €300–500 for minor damage. I told them fine, I’ll make sure I don’t give you even one new scratch! The deposit was €300 and it was refunded instantly when I returned the car in Barcelona.

Pickup was pretty smooth, and after the self-service return they refunded the deposit really quickly.

Overall the rental went pretty smoothly. Just be aware the staff will try to upsell you insurance without really pointing it out, so make sure you double-check the prices before confirming anything. We booked two identical cars—one of them was brand new but kept showing a low engine oil warning. After calling QEEQ, they arranged for us to get a liter of oil topped up for free at another city location. Later we realized our London inbound and outbound flights were from different airports and had to change the drop-off location. QEEQ handled it well and the service stayed great. They’re still my first choice for overseas car rentals.

Once I hit the road, the car's performance completely won me over—quick and responsive power, solid and stable handling, and a chassis that absorbed shocks with a refined feel, far exceeding my prior perceptions of the Citroën brand. Honestly, this rental experience made me rethink the brand, with driving quality so impressive that it even sparked thoughts of buying one myself! Beyond the vehicle, the store’s service was professional and efficient; the pick-up and drop-off process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. This experience taught me that a quality car rental company can not only provide convenience but also deliver delightful surprises. Absolutely five stars—if I ever need to rent a car again, I’ll definitely choose this place!

I booked a Peugeot 508 but was upgraded to a BMW 3 Series diesel wagon. The car had 70,000 kilometers on it but was in very good condition. I didn't visit any chaotic big cities, so there were no issues with theft or vandalism. I thoroughly enjoyed the driving experience with the diesel BMW: precise steering, adaptive cruise control with L2 semi-autonomous driving, powerful performance, stable at high speeds, and excellent sound insulation. It's perfect for the South of France, which has both mountain roads and highways for long-distance driving. In terms of space, the trunk is very large and can fit two 28-inch suitcases plus a carry-on bag.

The process was simple, with self-service for car inspection and return. The deposit was refunded quickly. I booked a RAV4, but I was given a Peugeot 5008 instead. It had a spacious interior, was easy to drive, and as a diesel car, it was very fuel-efficient!

I didn't realize we were supposed to pick up the car at the international terminal. Following the signs from the domestic terminal to the rental company, we were told that we needed to go to the international terminal. Fortunately, the staff helped us handle everything directly. However, the car we got was a Mitsubishi, not the Corolla we previously drove on the South Island. Also, this Mitsubishi is a petrol-only car and consumes a lot of fuel.

The service is okay, but they kept insisting on selling insurance. Decide for yourself if you need it or not.

This is my fourth time using Enterprise in Europe, and they have never let me down.

The car was in excellent condition. Although I rented a BMW, they provided a hybrid Mercedes, which was very new and drove great.

Excellent, the car pickup process was simple and the service efficient. There were no hidden sales tactics. I personally chose to upgrade to a Nissan X-Trail for $25 per day.

At Zagreb Airport, they try to upsell insurance, but when you mention you've already bought it on the platform, they seem a bit unhappy but don't say much more.
