How to Reach Our Courtesy Minibus – Malaga Airport You can find below the instructions to reach our Courtesy Minibus, which will take you to our offices at Malaga Airport in less than one minute: 1. After collecting your luggage, head to the exit located in the main arrivals hall. 2. Exit through the automatic doors and continue straight, following the signs for the “Courtesy Bus.” 3. Cross the pedestrian crossing towards the Renfe train station. 4. The bus stop is located just behind the train station. One of our Courtesy Minibuses will pick you up at this point. If the minibus is not there immediately, please wait — they run continuously. Customers can arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. The customers have to follow the indications to the luggage reclaim belts and once they have arrived at the floor where the belts are located, they should go down to Floor -1 (without leaving the building) by using the lifts or the escalator. They will have to go to the rent-a-car area and they will find our office there. The Walk-in Customers have to go to the rental car park, next to the public car park located on Level 0, the Vehicle Drop-off Area where our branch is situated.

Once you have the rental agreement, enter the underground parking floor-1 and turn right, Record Go parking is located at the end of the parking floor. If, due to special circumstances, you need to pick up the car between 23:00 and 00:00, please inform the car rental company in advance, and your flight must land before 00:00. The car rental company will arrange staff to wait at the store. If you haven't arrived by 00:00, the store will be closed. Please refer to the specific arrangements provided by the store.
